Firstly, thanks so much for purchasing a lovely Michi product. You are clearly fantastic to get to this point, so thanks. There are some things you should know.

All sales are final, unless the product is damaged. If that’s the case please get in touch with us straight away via email and let us know what the problem is. We will definitely help find a solution.

We ship via registered post. Prints are packed flat in a sturdy board-reinforced envelope. Other products are safely wrapped for happy travelling.

Unfortunately we can only ship one day a week, which for us happens to be Wednesdays. Orders paid for prior to Tuesday 5pm will make it into our Wednesday post. Orders within Australia or New Zealand please allow up to seven days for delivery (from the Wednesday after your order). International orders may take up to two weeks. For limited edition prints, some are printed and signed upon ordering, in which case extra time should be allowed.

Speciality shipping can be arranged if required – please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Additional charges may apply.

Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please advise us if you require insurance and we will arrange it for you. Extra costs will be incurred.

For international orders, Michi cannot anticipate and will not be responsible for taxes applied by overseas customs houses. All taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Freight Costs

$5 within Australia, $10 for international orders.

Returns

Returns are only accepted on items deemed faulty. We require notification via email of your intent to return an item within 7 days of despatch date.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Express Post, international returns via Registered Air Mail. Freight costs are at the expense of the customer. 

Returned items must not have been used in any way. The item is to be returned in its original packaging. Store receipts must be included.

Michi Industries Pty Ltd attempts to display all of our products and colours as accurately as possible.  All products and colours are represented as best as we can, and Michi Industries Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to protect all our customers’ online transactions.  SSL encrypts your personal information, including your credit card number, before transmitting it over the internet.

Any personal information given to Michi Industries Pty Ltd will be protected. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Michi Industries Pty Ltd, we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Liability

Michi Industries Pty Ltd has provided information on the website to be as accurate and current as possible. Michi Industries Pty Ltd does not accept liability for loss of goods, or damage to goods sustained in transit. 

We will take all reasonable care – in so far as it is in our power to do so – to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
